One relevant column piece will be published per day during the sponsorship period according to the normal editorial schedule.

每篇特約內容的相關圖片下方，加入統一格式的客戶特約資料。

不需要提供 Logo 或其他設計素材。

資料修改
Information Changes
為確保內容製作及發布流程一致：
發布前
客戶可在第一次正式發布前免費提出一次資料修改。
Before the first publication, the sponsor may request one free correction to the sponsorship information.
發布後
文章或圖片正式發布後，如客戶要求修改：
- 品牌名稱
- 聯絡電郵
- 生意性質
- 其他已發布的特約資料
將視為資料修改服務，需收取相應手續費。
After publication, any request to change the sponsor name, contact email, business category or other published sponsorship information will be treated as a modification request and may be subject to an administration fee.
內容限定
Content Limitations
專欄特約屬於內容支持及品牌展示安排。
客戶購買的是特約展示，不包括：
- 指定文章
- 指定標題
- 指定圖片
- 產品宣傳文案
- 產品介紹文章
- 評論或推薦文章
- 要求 0% Studio 修改原創內容
- 要求控制文章方向
- 要求控制發布時間
Column Sponsorship is a content-support and brand visibility arrangement.
It does not include client-directed articles, headlines, images, promotional copy, product reviews, endorsements or editorial control.
所有文章、標題、圖片及編輯方向，均由 0% Studio 獨立決定及製作。
All articles, headlines, images and editorial decisions are independently determined and produced by 0% Studio.
商業資格及客戶查核
Business Eligibility & Verification
0% Studio 只接受正常、合法及適合公開展示的商業或專業服務。
個人形式的特約申請不接受。
Column Sponsorship is available only to legitimate, lawful businesses or professional services suitable for public presentation.
Individual sponsorship applications are not accepted.
0% Studio 在確認特約前，可要求客戶提供合理的商業資料以確認业务真实性，例如有效的商業登記資料。
Before confirming a sponsorship, 0% Studio may request reasonable business information to verify the authenticity of the business, such as valid business registration information.
客戶提供的所有資料必須真實、準確及與實際業務相符。
All information provided by the sponsor must be genuine, accurate and consistent with its actual business.
0% Studio 保留拒絕任何特約申請的權利。
0% Studio reserves the right to decline any sponsorship application.

Only legitimate and lawful businesses suitable for public presentation are accepted.
Businesses involving illegal activities, fraud, misleading information, impersonation, adult content, gambling, drugs, weapons or other unsuitable activities will not be accepted.
客戶特約與商業服務無關
Sponsorship Does Not Constitute Business Endorsement
客戶特約只代表客戶支持 0% Studio 的內容製作，並獲得相關品牌展示。
客戶的任何商業活動、產品、服務、交易、承諾、聲稱或業務安排，均與 0% Studio 的內容及營運獨立。
Sponsorship only represents the sponsor’s support of 0% Studio content production and the associated brand visibility.
Any business activities, products, services, transactions, representations, claims or business arrangements of the sponsor are independent of 0% Studio.

Sponsorship does not constitute:
- A business partnership

0% Studio 不會因客戶獲得特約展示，而對其任何商業服務作出認證、推薦或保證。
0% Studio does not certify, endorse or guarantee any business service merely because a sponsor receives sponsorship visibility.
特約期間發現問題
Problems Discovered During Sponsorship
如在特約期間，0% Studio 發現或合理認為客戶涉及：
- 虛假資料
- 欺詐或疑似欺詐
- 冒充
- 違法活動
- 重大商業爭議
- 業務性質與申報資料明顯不符
- 客戶網站出現可疑、違法或可能誤導讀者的內容
- 其他可能影響讀者或 0% Studio 品牌的情況
0% Studio 有權立即暫停或終止相關特約。
If 0% Studio discovers or reasonably believes that a sponsor is involved in false information, fraud or suspected fraud, impersonation, unlawful activities, significant business disputes, material inconsistencies, problematic website content, or other circumstances that may mislead readers or affect the 0% Studio brand, 0% Studio may immediately suspend or terminate the sponsorship.
已付款項
因上述原因而暫停或終止特約：
已支付的特約費用原則上不予退還。
Where sponsorship is suspended or terminated for the above reasons:
Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
0% Studio 可按實際情況：
- 暫停客戶特約展示
- 移除客戶特約資料
- 修改已發布圖片中的特約資料
- 拒絕日後再次接受該客戶的特約申請
0% Studio may, depending on the circumstances, suspend sponsorship visibility, remove sponsorship information, modify sponsorship information in previously published images, or decline future sponsorship applications.
永久內容及資料變更
Permanent Content & Future Changes
特約期間已發布的文章及圖片原則上永久保留。
即使客戶：
- 結業
- 停止營業
- 改變業務
- 更改品牌名稱
- 更改聯絡電郵
已發布內容原則上仍不會因上述原因而刪除。
Previously published articles and images will generally remain online permanently, even if the sponsor later ceases trading, changes its business, changes its brand name or changes its contact information.
但如日後出現虛假、欺詐、違法、誤導或其他需要處理的情況，0% Studio 保留修改或移除相關特約資料的權利。
If false, fraudulent, unlawful, misleading or otherwise problematic circumstances arise later, 0% Studio reserves the right to modify or remove the relevant sponsorship information.
永久保留不代表永久認證。
Permanent retention does not constitute permanent endorsement or certification.
客戶不得要求刪除原創文章
Published Content Cannot Be Deleted at Sponsor’s Request
特約商不得因特約期結束、公司結業、品牌轉型或其他原因，要求 0% Studio 刪除已發布的原創文章。
Sponsors may not require 0% Studio to delete previously published original articles because the sponsorship has ended, the business has closed, or the brand has changed.
文章屬於 0% Studio 的網站內容資產。
Published articles are part of the 0% Studio website content assets.
如客戶只要求移除已發布圖片中的特約資料，將視為內容資料修改服務，可能收取手續費。
If a sponsor requests removal of sponsorship information from a previously published image, the request may be treated as a content modification service and may be subject to an administration fee.

續約價格按照當時適用的特約方案及價格安排。
Sponsors may apply for renewal according to the applicable sponsorship plans and prices.

如價格沒有調整，續約可按相同價格進行。
If prices remain unchanged, renewal may be made at the same applicable price.

為方便客戶安排，0% Studio 將按以下時間進行續約提示：

公平排期原則
Fair Scheduling Principle
為讓不同客戶均有公平機會支持 0% Studio 的專欄：
同一客戶可以續約，但續約不代表自動取得下一期的優先排期權。
A sponsor may renew, but renewal does not automatically provide priority for the next sponsorship period.
如下一個所需日期已由其他客戶完成確認及付款，原特約商可選擇下一個可供安排的日期。
If the requested subsequent period has already been confirmed and paid for by another sponsor, the existing sponsor may choose the next available period.
不可透過加價插隊
客戶不能透過支付較高價格、增加特約費用或提出其他額外條件，以取得優先排期。
No sponsor may obtain priority scheduling by paying a higher fee, offering additional payment or providing other additional conditions.
所有客戶均按照：
檔期 → 確認 → 付款 → 鎖定
的原則安排。
All sponsorships are scheduled according to:
Availability → Confirmation → Payment → Booking Confirmation
實際排期視乎當時專欄的預訂情況而定。
Actual scheduling is subject to the availability of the selected column.
同一專欄的特約安排
Sponsorship Allocation by Column
同一專欄在同一期間，只接受一個特約品牌。
Only one sponsor will be accepted for the same column during the same sponsorship period.
不同專欄可以由不同客戶分別特約。
Different columns may be sponsored by different clients.
如同一專欄後續已有其他客戶預訂，原客戶可以選擇下一個可供安排的日期。
If a subsequent period of the same column has already been booked, the existing sponsor may select the next available period.
實際安排視乎當時預訂情況而定，並不預設一定存在第二、第三或其他客戶。
Actual scheduling depends on booking conditions at the time and does not assume that a second, third or subsequent sponsor will necessarily exist.
